Turning off UAC is not an option I want to explore, but this is so frustrating that it might come to that.
I'm not really interested in the architecture behind UAC, is-boxer, the stream deck or anything else, I'm interested in a solution that either lets me send (recognized) keypresses directly from Elgatos software, or by starting a compiled ahk script without having to click "Yes" for the UAC warning. I tried turning to autohotkey, UAC again seem to be the big problem. The problem is that UAC prevents the keypresses from reaching the game. I just bought an Elgato Stream Deck XL which I planned to use as unlimited extra keys for my first WoW 5-account multiboxing through IS-boxer.
